1. About us and acceptance of these terms

2. Our services
We provide education and support on creating and publishing AI-generated short-form content (for example on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook), including training materials, templates, group and one-to-one support, and — where agreed on your call — access to the app partner programme through which content creators can be paid per 1,000 views. The exact scope, duration and inclusions of your programme are those described to you on the call and confirmed in writing.
3. No income guarantee
Any figures shown on our site or on calls (views, payouts, monthly amounts) are examples of what has been achieved by us or by specific people. They are not typical, not a promise and not a guarantee of what you will earn.
Your results depend on many things we don't control: the effort and consistency you put in, the quality of your content, platform algorithms and policies, and the terms of third-party app programmes, which can change or end at any time. It is possible to make little or nothing. Nothing on this site or in our materials is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
4. Applications and calls
Submitting an application or booking a call does not create a contract. We review applications to make sure the programme is a good fit. We may decline an application, or reschedule or cancel a call, at our discretion — including where the answers given are incomplete or inaccurate, or where we believe the programme isn't right for you.
5. Payments
The price and any payment plan are agreed on your call and confirmed in writing before you pay. Payments are taken through our payment provider; we don't store your card details. If you choose a payment plan, you agree to make every instalment on time. If a payment fails or is late, we may pause your access until it is brought up to date, and if it remains unpaid we may end the agreement and recover the outstanding amount. Prices include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
6. Cancellation and refunds
If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, and receive a refund.
Exception: because our programme is a digital service, we will ask you on purchase whether you want us to start providing it (for example, giving you access to the materials, community or app partner programme) straight away. If you expressly ask us to start immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once the service has been provided, then you will not be able to cancel and receive a refund after access has been given. If you cancel before we have started, you receive a full refund; if you cancel after we've started but before the service is fully provided, we may deduct an amount proportionate to what has already been delivered.

7. Your responsibilities
- Follow the rules of every platform you publish on (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and any others), including their policies on AI-generated content.
- Label AI-generated or synthetic content wherever a platform or the law requires it.
- Don't impersonate real people, use someone's likeness or voice without permission, or publish misleading, harmful or unlawful content.
- Comply with the laws that apply to you, including advertising and consumer-protection rules, and the terms of any app partner programme.
- Keep your login details confidential and don't share your access with others.
You are responsible for the content you publish and for any accounts you operate. We may suspend access if these responsibilities are seriously or repeatedly breached.
8. Intellectual property
All of our materials — videos, documents, templates, prompts, scripts and the website itself — belong to us or our licensors. When you buy a programme we give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own content business. You may not copy, share, resell, publish or teach our materials to others, or use them to create a competing product. Content you create using our templates is yours.
9. Third-party platforms and programmes
Our service depends on platforms and programmes run by others, including TikTok, Meta and the app partners that pay for views. We don't control them and are not responsible for their decisions — such as changes to payout rates, programme rules or eligibility, delayed or withheld payments, account restrictions or bans, or a programme closing. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok or any app partner. Their trademarks belong to them.
10. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Subject to that: we provide the service with reasonable care and skill, but we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business or opportunity, or for indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from third-party platforms or programmes, from your own decisions or content, or from events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of [COUNTRY], and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer-protection rules of that country, and you may bring a claim in your local courts.
12. Changes and contact
